What we collect, what we deliberately do not, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Eleos is a product of Quantive Bt. ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

The short version
Your prompts, your files and your code never reach us in readable form. The agent runs on your computer. Phone traffic is end-to-end encrypted with keys made on your devices; our relay forwards bytes it cannot decrypt.
We hold the minimum needed to sell you a subscription and let you sign in: your email address, the PCs and phones you have signed in, and billing status.

What we do not collect
- Prompt or conversation content. Stored only on your machine.
- File contents, code or command output. These never leave your computer.
- Card or payment details. Held by our payment provider; we never see them.
- Your Claude credentials. They stay in the Claude CLI’s store on your machine.
Which model you choose decides where your prompts go
An open model on your own computer processes prompts and files on that machine only. Nothing is sent to us or to any model provider. That is the default.
A cloud model — Claude, or another provider — uses your account with them. Prompts go to them under your agreement, not through us. We do not supply, resell or meter that access, and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic or any other model provider.

Some providers are outside the EEA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Legal bases
- Contract — account, licensing and device management: we cannot provide the service without them.
- Legitimate interests — abuse prevention, security and debugging, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — retaining billing records for the period tax law requires.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not profile you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@eleosagent.com and we will reply within one month.
Deleting your account removes your email, devices and licence records. Nothing on your own computer is touched — your chats, files and Claude login live there and stay there. Billing records are retained where tax law requires it.
You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, and only when you arrive through a tagged link: it remembers which link that was, for 90 days, so we can count which channels bring customers — and nothing else. It runs no analytics or third-party scripts. Checkout is handled by our payment provider on their own pages, under their cookie policy.
Security
- End-to-end encryption between your phone and your PC; the relay holds no keys.
- No passwords are stored — sign-in is by one-time link.
- Licence tokens are short-lived and signed; the app holds only a public key.

Children
Eleos is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers before they take effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
