The things people ask before paying

Do I need to pay Anthropic separately?

Only if you use Claude. Same for ChatGPT and Grok. Models on this PC need no third-party plan — Eleos itself is $19.90/mo after the free week.

How does the free week work?

It starts the first time you use Eleos — any model, on this PC or from your phone, and no card. After seven days, subscribe to carry on.

Why not just run Claude Code myself and reach it with Tailscale?

You can. You get a terminal on a phone — no diffs, no voice, and you re-pair whenever something moves.

Does my work get sent to your servers?

Not in readable form. Files stay on your PC. Phone traffic is encrypted between your phone and your PC — we route bytes we cannot read.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything keeps working until the period you paid for ends, then Eleos asks you to subscribe again. Nothing is deleted — chats, files and logins stay on the machine, and resubscribing picks up where you left off.

Does it work on mobile data, or only at home?

Anywhere with internet. The two devices never need the same network.

What if my PC goes to sleep?

Nothing runs while it sleeps, and your phone finds nothing there. Set Windows to turn the screen off instead: Settings → System → Power.

What do I need to run it?

Windows, and a PC you can leave running. About 8 GB of memory for a model on this PC — Eleos tells you which ones fit.
